Paneer & Spinach Curry

Ingredients

 

Serves 4 people

1/2 pot of Spice Burst

1x chopped onion

1 x Packet of Paneer – approx 200g

1 x Bag of Spinach – 400g – washed

Cook Time: 15-20 Minutes

Method

Add Spice Burst to a pan and heat gently for 2-3 minutes.

Add onion and gently simmer for 2-3 minutes

Add Paneer, mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Lay Spinach over the paneer, stir in.

Cook for approx 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally

Psst… I like to eat this either on it’s own or with some lovely naan.
