Ingredients
Serves 4 people
1 x 1/2 pot of Spice Burst – choose which flavour
1 x chopped onion
1/2 can of chopped tomatoes or 3 fresh chopped tomatoes
1 x Packet of Paneer – approx 200g
1 cup of Water
Method
Add your Spice Burst to a pan and heat gently for 2-3 minutes.
Add your onion and tomatoes and gently simmer for 2-3 minutes to let all the ingredients mix together and infuse.
Add your paneer, mix, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of water, mix, and simmer until cooked- approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Psst. I like to eat this with lovely tender rice.
Add 200g uncooked rice.
Add double the amount of water and simmer on bubbling for 15-20 mins.
Check if the rice is cooked.
Drain the excess water, add a knob of butter, put the lid on, and leave for 5 minutes with the heat off.
